What to know before pick-up
- The deposit of 15,000 CZK is not part of the amount due. It is taken at handover on a credit or debit card held by the main renter. We settle and return it after the rental ends and the vehicle is checked, usually within 15 business days, subject to your bank.
- Bring your ID card or passport and a driving licence issued in the EU. Copies and electronic licences are not accepted.
- Return the vehicle with a full tank, electric ones fully charged. Missing fuel is charged at CZK 78 + VAT per litre.
- Return no later than 15 minutes after the agreed end of the rental.
- Travel abroad only after paying a fee of CZK 2,000 + VAT and only to selected EU countries. Without the fee the insurance becomes void and a contractual penalty of EUR 350 applies.
- In case of an accident call +420 604 20 21 22. Always call the police if anyone was injured, the damage exceeds CZK 100,000, fault is not clear, or the accident happened abroad.
- Returning the vehicle excessively dirty is charged as extra cleaning.

Rental conditions
The price includes 21% VAT, collision damage insurance, third-party liability, the Czech motorway vignette and 300 km per day free of charge.
The price list applies to rentals of up to 30 days. Long-term rental: price on request. Trips abroad only by prior arrangement.
The vehicle is handed over and returned with a full tank. A category B driving licence is enough.
