To rent a vehicle, you will need a valid ID card or passport and a valid driving licence issued in a European Union country. We do not accept copies, digital documents, or driving licences with driving restrictions. The same documents must be provided by every additional driver listed in the rental agreement. The security deposit is normally paid by a payment card in the main renter’s name. By prior arrangement, the deposit may also be paid in cash.
The amount of the refundable security deposit depends on the specific vehicle and is always stated on the vehicle detail page and in the reservation summary. The security deposit is not included in the rental price and is not charged when making a reservation. The security deposit is paid upon collection of the vehicle by credit or debit card issued in the name of the main renter, or by another payment method agreed in advance with the rental company. After the rental period ends and the vehicle has been inspected, the security deposit is settled and refunded. Where applicable, justified additional charges related to the rental may be deducted, such as charges for missing fuel, vehicle damage or other costs in accordance with the Rental Agreement, the current Price List and the Terms and Conditions. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the renter's account depends on the payment method and the processing times of the relevant bank or payment service provider. For regular and verified customers, we may, by individual agreement, offer a reduced security deposit or more favourable deposit terms.
Yes. The vehicle may be taken to selected European Union countries with the rental company’s prior approval and upon payment of a one-time fee of CZK 2,000 + VAT. Permitted countries include, for example, Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Croatia. The current list of permitted countries is always specified in the applicable price list. Travel to other countries is not permitted without the rental company’s prior approval. The vehicle may also not be transported by ferry unless specifically agreed with the rental company in advance. Taking the vehicle abroad without prior approval and payment of the applicable fee constitutes a breach of the rental terms and may affect the scope of insurance coverage and roadside assistance. A contractual penalty of EUR 350 may be charged for each such unauthorised trip abroad.
Every rental day includes 300 km free of charge. Kilometres above the limit are charged per the price list in the contract.
Third party liability insurance and the Czech motorway vignette. We hand the vehicle over with a full tank and you return it full; missing fuel is charged at CZK 78 + VAT per litre. A reduced excess can be arranged as additional insurance for a fee according to the price list.
