Below you will find an overview of the basic services, fees and security deposits of MORAVIA RENTING s.r.o. The specific rental price of each vehicle is always stated during the booking process.

For long-term rentals and regular or verified customers, a different security deposit may be agreed upon following an individual assessment.
The amount of the security deposit may also be adjusted depending on the type and value of the vehicle, the length of the rental period, the intended use of the vehicle or other circumstances of the specific rental.
The specific amount of the security deposit is always stated in the booking confirmation or in the Rental Agreement.

The vehicle may be driven outside the Czech Republic only with the prior approval of MORAVIA RENTING and only to countries approved by the Lessor.
An authorised trip abroad is subject to a one-time fee of CZK 2,000 + VAT for the entire rental period, unless agreed otherwise.
The Renter is required to comply with the territorial scope of the insurance and roadside assistance applicable to the specific vehicle.
Use of a ferry is permitted only with the Lessor's prior written approval.
Driving the vehicle abroad without prior approval and payment of the applicable fee constitutes a breach of the rental conditions and may affect the scope of insurance coverage and roadside assistance.
Each such unauthorised trip abroad may be subject to a contractual penalty of EUR 350.
The vehicle is normally provided to the Renter with a full tank and must also be returned with a full tank unless agreed otherwise.
Missing fuel will be charged at CZK 78 + VAT per litre.
Standard washing and cleaning are included in the rental price. An additional cleaning fee is charged only where the vehicle is returned excessively dirty and requires extra cleaning, disinfection or deep cleaning.
Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes and similar products inside the vehicle is prohibited.
The prices shown represent the current standard prices of MORAVIA RENTING s.r.o., unless otherwise stated for a specific service or vehicle.
MORAVIA RENTING s.r.o. reserves the right to amend this price list, rental prices, prices of additional services, fees and security deposit amounts from time to time.
Any amendment to the price list does not affect the price of an already confirmed booking or an existing Rental Agreement unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Individual prices, rental conditions or security deposit amounts may be agreed for long-term rentals, corporate customers, regular customers or verified customers.
The price and conditions stated in the booking confirmation or concluded Rental Agreement shall always prevail.
This price list supplements the current General Terms and Conditions of MORAVIA RENTING s.r.o.
