Moravia Renting s.r.o.
Below you will find an overview of basic additional services, fees, refundable security deposits and standard deductibles. The specific rental price of each vehicle is always stated for the relevant vehicle, in the reservation confirmation or in the rental agreement.

For long-term rentals, regular or verified customers, a different security deposit may be agreed following individual assessment.
The security deposit may also be adjusted with regard to the type and value of the Vehicle, rental duration, intended use of the Vehicle or other circumstances of the specific rental.
The specific security deposit is always stated in the reservation confirmation or rental agreement.
The security deposit and deductible are not the same. The security deposit serves as financial security for the Lessee’s obligations. The deductible represents the maximum share of the Lessee in one loss event, provided that the conditions of the rental agreement and the GTC are complied with.

The deductible applies separately to each individual loss event. If the actual amount of damage is lower than the agreed deductible, the Lessee pays only the actual amount of damage.
The specific deductible may be set differently for an individual Vehicle and is always stated in the Vehicle price list, reservation confirmation or rental agreement.
For selected Vehicles, the Lessor may offer a reduction of the standard deductible for an additional fee. The price of the service and the reduced deductible are determined individually according to the specific Vehicle and are stated in the reservation or rental agreement.
Limitation of liability by the agreed or reduced deductible does not apply in the cases specified in the GTC, in particular when driving under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances, driving by an unauthorised person, driving without a valid driving licence, intentional damage, overloading the Vehicle, use of incorrect fuel, unauthorised travel abroad or another serious breach of contractual obligations.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise for a specific rental, the standard or reduced deductible does not apply, in accordance with the GTC, in particular to the following damage:

The Lessee may take the Vehicle outside the Czech Republic only with the prior consent of Moravia Renting s.r.o. and only to countries approved by the Lessor.
A one-time fee of CZK 2,000 + VAT for the entire rental is charged for approved travel abroad unless otherwise agreed individually.
Use of a ferry is permitted only with the Lessor’s prior express consent.
Travel abroad without prior consent and without payment of the applicable fee constitutes a breach of the rental conditions and may affect the scope of insurance coverage and assistance services.
A contractual penalty of CZK 8,500 is charged for each unauthorised trip abroad.
The Lessee is required to return the Vehicle at the agreed time and place together with all keys, documents and accessories.
The Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at handover, normally with a full tank, unless otherwise agreed.
Each missing litre of fuel is charged at CZK 78 + VAT.
Normal washing and standard cleaning of the Vehicle are included in the rental price. Excessive soiling, smoke, strong odours, animal hair, stains or other extraordinary contamination will be charged according to the actual extent and cost of cleaning.
The prices shown represent the standard prices and conditions of Moravia Renting s.r.o., unless otherwise stated for a particular service or Vehicle.
Moravia Renting s.r.o. reserves the right to offer individual prices and conditions, in particular to long-term, corporate, regular or verified customers.
A change to the price list does not affect the price of an already confirmed reservation or concluded rental agreement unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
For long-term rentals, individual reservations, services or Vehicles, a different price, security deposit, deductible or other condition may be agreed.
This price list supplements the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Moravia Renting s.r.o. In the event of a conflict between an individually agreed condition stated in the reservation confirmation or rental agreement and this price list, the individually agreed condition shall prevail to the extent legally permissible.
