A valid ID card or passport and a valid driving licence issued in a European Union country. We do not accept copies, electronic licences or licences with driving restrictions. Every additional driver named in the contract needs the same documents. The deposit is paid by a card held by the main renter. Companies also need a trade register extract or trade licence.
The deposit depends on the vehicle category: passenger cars from CZK 45,000, vans from CZK 40,000, motorhomes from CZK 50,000, motorcycles from CZK 25,000, scooters from CZK 15,000, e-bikes from CZK 10,000, e-scooters and paddleboards from CZK 5,000. You can see the exact amount on every vehicle and in your booking summary. The deposit is not part of the booking price and you do not pay it when ordering. It is taken at handover on a credit or debit card held by the main renter, or in another way agreed with us. We settle and return it after the rental ends and the vehicle is checked, usually within 15 business days, subject to your bank. Any additional charges, for example missing fuel, are deducted from it.
Yes, after paying a one off fee of CZK 2,000 + VAT, and only to selected European Union countries, for example Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Poland or Croatia, according to the current list in our price list. Travel to other countries is not permitted and ferries may not be used. Without the fee, the insurance and roadside assistance cease to apply and a contractual penalty of EUR 350 is charged for each such trip.
Every rental day includes 300 km free of charge. Kilometres above the limit are charged per the price list in the contract.
Third party liability insurance and, for vans, the Czech motorway vignette. We hand the vehicle over with a full tank and you return it full; missing fuel is charged at CZK 78 + VAT per litre. A reduced excess can be arranged as additional insurance for a fee according to the price list.
